at the office now. agn. sianz. abt to tear my hair out frm entering data. rah.
my right arm is starting to feel sore from typin numbers. and dis com is bloody slow. pentium 4 my foot!!! pooi!

there's sth v wrong with my lens - bad vision when i wear it. and eyes v tired...but wear specs my vision ok leh...so canot be tt my eyesight worsen wad. grrrr.
shoulder hurts. will it ever heal? dammit. so long le. sigh...

went for fitness yest. so damn proud of myself! wahaha.
Warmup: 4 km
Sprints: 4x400m; 4x200m; shuttleruns; agility run; backing drill
ahahaha. first time i finished it! yeah!!!!!!!!!!!! =))))))
budden...its not w/o its bad parts - some of ya shud noe wad i mean...*wink*
